Mattel Technology & Innovation Center (MTIC) in Hyderabad is looking for a agile IT Analyst - Network Services with 3-5 years of experience to join our global IT team. This role is critical in maintaining highly available, secure, and high-performance network infrastructure that supports Mattel’s global operations, iconic brands, and digital innovation initiatives.

The position includes 24x5 weekend on-call support (rotational) to ensure continuous network availability across time zones.





Key Responsibilities
- Network Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise Switches, Routers, and associated hardware to maintain optimal performance and uptime.
- Monitor network health and support enterprise network (LAN&WAN;), Wireless, SDWAN network infrastructure using network monitoring tools.Respond to network alerts and perform initial troubleshooting and incident triage.
- Manage and resolve network incidents and service requests within agreed SLA targets.
- WiFi Services: Design, deploy, optimize, and support enterprise WiFi networks, including access points, wireless controllers, and coverage troubleshooting.
- Circuit Management: Handle provisioning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordination with telecom carriers for WAN Circuits (MPLS, Internet, SD-WAN, Point-to-Point, etc.).
