Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for domestic and international sourcing.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing and uninterrupted material availability.
- Conduct market research and supplier visits to identify new products, sourcing opportunities, emerging market trends, and potential vendors.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop multiple suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, reliability, and continuity of supply.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with domestic and international suppliers across key sourcing regions.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, Incoterms, and commercial agreements to achieve the best value for the organization.
- Prepare and process Requests for Quotation (RFQs), purchase orders, and procurement contracts.
- Maintain historical pricing records and perform cost analysis to support strategic sourcing decisions.
- Coordinate import procurement activities, including supplier communication, shipment follow-ups, freight coordination,



customs documentation, and import compliance.
- Manage import documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, and other statutory documents.
- Calculate and analyze landed costs, including freight, duties, taxes, insurance, and other import-related expenses.
- Forecast inventory requirements based on demand trends, procurement lead times, consumption patterns, and business forecasts to ensure timely procurement and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement plans with inventory requirements and business demand.
- Evaluate supplier performance on quality, cost, delivery, responsiveness, and service levels, and implement corrective actions where required.
