Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Functional Expert - Procurement CLM (Sirion) with strong expertise in Procurement business processes, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Sirion CLM, Agile delivery, Jira, and Confluence.
The role will partner closely with Procurement, Legal, Business, and Technology teams to gather and analyze business requirements, manage product backlogs, create user stories, support solution design, and drive successful delivery of procurement and contract management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement CLM Functional Expertise
- Act as a Functional SME for Procurement, Source-to-Contract (S2C), Supplier Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management processes.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from procurement, legal, and business stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend industry best practices.
- Support the design and implementation of procurement and contract management solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder reviews.
Sirion CLM Management
- Support Sirion CLM enhancements, implementations, and ongoing initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configuration requirements.
- Support contract workflow design, approval processes, templates, metadata management, obligation tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, business validation, and sign-offs.
- Work closely with technical teams to validate solution designs and configurations.
