UX Design other cross-functional functional groups to evolve our solutions while continuing to improve your teams’ adoption of SDLC processes, CI/CD integration, code quality & automation test coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of up to 5 engineers in the same discipline (e.g. developers or testers...)
- Own the escalation queue end-to-end: intake from Support, prioritization, assignment, and visibility to leadership
- Coordinate with QA on regression coverage, release validation, and hotfix deployments
- Track escalation metrics (volume, time-to-resolution, case categories, repeat-offender modules); use them to drive targeted investment — durable fixes, improved logging, better validation, refactors
- Recruit & provide leadership, coaching & career planning for engineering talent
- Partner with Product Management to consult on solution feasibility and high-level effort estimation
- Communicate with customers to ensure that expectations and support needs are met
- Provide architectural guidance to your te
