Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the timely delivery of ongoing projects and enhancement requirements, as well as resolving production issues for the DEAP platform. This includes guiding the team, allocating resources effectively, and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Oversee and actively participate in the implementation of high-quality, accurate, and impactful business-critical reports within Tableau, the primary vendor BI tool used across the analytics platform.
- Interface with various upstream and downstream systems and manage expectations of diverse business functions which are primary users of the DEAP platform.
- Take ownership of the entire Book of Work (BoW) for various workstreams within the DEAP platform, covering diverse user requirements from Structuring, Credit,
Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Front Office. This involves prioritizing tasks, managing development lifecycles, and ensuring efficient execution.
- Proactively identify and manage critical dependencies with upstream platforms, such as the GXS platform, and other data sources feeding into the analytics platform, ensuring seamless integration and preventing data discrepancies.
- Work closely with business users to deeply understand their requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and subsequently implement robust and intuitive reports in Tableau, maintaining adherence to best Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
