What You'll Do:
- Lead the development of highly complex integrations between HR, Payroll, and Benefits Partners using Workday tools.- Configure and develop technical integrations using Workday Studio, Workday RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Complex Calculated Fields, Web Services, Workday Custom Reports, XSLT, and XPath.
- Lead data conversion concepts and their impacts on business processes, including Workday iLoads.
- Collaborate with collaborators to assess document requirements, review designs, and define functional specifications.
- Build technical design specifications, perform unit and system integration tests, and support the deployment of all Workday integrations.
- Coordinate Workday Integration analysis, system configurations, and deployment to production.
- Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendors to ensure flawless operation.
- Play a pivotal role in solving functional, architectural, and technical issues in projects involving multiple systems.




- Understand customer requirements and determine the best system integration approaches based on their landscape and desired outcomes.
- Work independently as well as in a team environment, demonstrating outstanding organizational skills and a sense of urgency.

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Workday integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience with highly complex integrations, preferably involving HR, Payroll, and Advantages Partners.
- Advanced knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory, with the ability to guide others in functional design processes.
- Experience with middleware such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in virtual, geographically teams with varied strengths.
