Spectadors is a creative marketing agency that works with brands to create high-performing social media content, ad creatives, and digital campaigns. We are looking for a young, creative, and execution-focused individual who can take content from idea to final post.
Role Overview
This is not a typical social media manager role.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Come up with content ideas
- Plan and execute shoots
- Create engaging reels and short-form videos
- Edit content using modern tools
- Use AI to speed up content creation
- Manage social media pages and content calendars
If you spend your free time exploring Instagram trends, testing AI tools, creating content, and learning new creative hacks, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Research trends and generate content ideas for multiple brands
- Create content calendars and campaign concepts
- Coordinate and execute content shoots
- Shoot content using smartphones and cameras
- Edit reels, shorts, and social media videos
- Design simple social media creatives and carousel posts
- Use AI tools to create images, videos, scripts, voiceovers, and creative concepts
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Track content performance and suggest improvements
- Work closely with the creative and production teams
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Positive video editing skills on CapCut or similar apps
- Basic design skills on Canva
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, etc.
- Ability to write captions and content hooks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
- Experience running social media ads
- Motion graphics knowledge
- Experience handling influencers and creators
