About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Explain company services, training programs, and job opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments when required.
- Maintain and update call records, lead details, and customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.





Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or recruitment will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in lead generation or customer support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
