Dispatch & Coordination: Coordinate daily dispatch operations and track shipments from origin to destination to ensure on-time delivery.
- Vendor Management: Maintain healthy relationships with transporters, couriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners; negotiate basic freight rates.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage essential logistics paperwork, including invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and e-way bills.
- Inventory Tracking: Assist the warehouse team in monitoring stock levels and ensuring accurate data entry in the inventory system.
- Issue Resolution: Actively resolve any transit delays, damages, or discrepancies by coordinating with drivers and internal teams.
- Reporting: Maintain daily MIS reports regarding dispatch status, freight expenses, and delivery timelines.
