We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager - Software to lead our software sales initiatives, build a high-performing sales pipeline, and drive business growth.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital marketing leads, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.




- Develop new accounts and expand business with existing customers.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Sales Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Lead negotiations and close business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up of all qualified leads.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand customer business challenges and propose value-driven software solutions.
- Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Team Leadership
- Guide and mentor the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and performance discussions.
