The Role:
We are looking for a full-time Paid Social Media Lead to own our paid social and programmatic practice end-to-end. This is a senior, hands-on, strategic, growth, and leadership role. You will set social media strategy for a portfolio of US-based accounts, lead creative direction, act as the strategic voice in client relationships, and elevate the capabilities of our Bangalore-based delivery team.

You will be accountable not just for advising on strategy, but for building the practice, the playbooks, quality standards, testing culture,



and commercial growth. Being AI-native and demonstrating expertise in AI-driven innovation is critical to this function.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Practice Ownership
- Own paid social media marketing strategy across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms for all assigned accounts
- Lead full-funnel planning across acquisition, retargeting, and brand amplification
- Leverage AI to exponentially speed up testing, delivery, launches, measurement, and growth
- Set channel mix, budget allocation, and measurement frameworks for each engagement
- Identify and run current channel experiments and growth opportunities; scale what works into repeatable offerings
- Establish the paid social & programmatic practice’s standards, and QA processes

Creative & Messaging Leadership
- Define creative strategy frameworks — hooks, angles, formats, and iteration cadences, built for platform-native pe
