Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics
Strong knowledge of Import & Export documentation
Experience in Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Customs Clearance
Positive understanding of Incoterms, Shipping Lines, and Freight Rates
Ability to coordinate with customers, transporters, shipping lines, and CHA
Good communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics software
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end freight forwarding operations.
- Coordinate air, sea, and road shipments.
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure customs compliance.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
- Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines and transporters.
- Resolve shipment-related issues and maintain client satisfaction.
Pay: ₹25,600.00 - ₹35,100.00 per month
