Position Summary

The Manager - Fundraising & Resource Mobilization will lead institutional fundraising, strategic partnerships and donor engagement initiatives to support sustainable organizational growth. The role will mobilize resources from Corporate CSR, Indian & International s, Bilateral Agencies, Philanthropic Institutions,



HNIs and Development Partners while strengthening Kalike's long-term funding sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute annual and multi-year resource mobilization strategy.
- Build diversified funding portfolio across CSR, s, Bilateral Agencies and HNIs.
- Identify emerging funding opportunities aligned to Kalike programmes.

Strategic Partnerships & Donor Management
- Build and manage relationships with CSR leaders, s, Government Agencies and Institutional Donors.
- Lead donor meetings, partnership negotiations and stewardship initiatives.

Proposal Development & Grant Management
- Prepare concept notes, grant proposals, budgets and technical narratives.
- Coordinate with Programme, Finance, MEL and Communications teams.
- Ensure donor compliance and timely reporting.

Pipeline Management & Research
- Manage donor pipeline and CRM.
- Research CSR, FCRA and philant
