About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all assigned social media and digital media accounts.
- Research industry trends and develop innovative content strategies.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the creative and design team to ensure timely delivery of graphics and videos.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
- Build and engage online communities by responding to comments and messages professionally.
- Collaborate with influencers and creators for brand promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor brand mentions and encourage user-generated content.
- Analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools and recommend improvements.
- Execute paid social media advertising campaigns to generate leads and maximize engagement.




- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform features, and digital marketing practices.
- Monitor trending hashtags, audience sentiment, complaints, and engagement metrics.
- Develop strategies to increase followers and improve organic reach across all platforms.
- Organize social media training sessions and digital awareness workshops whenever required.
- Prepare presentations, campaign reports, and briefing documents for clients and internal teams.
- Ensure smooth coordination within the social media team and maintain a positive work environment.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Proven experience in campaign ideation, planning
