Role Overview

We are looking for a highly execution-driven HR Operations Manager to manage end-to-end

HR operations at scale (2000+ employees) in a rapid-paced, high-growth environment.

This role demands strong ownership across payroll, compliance, employee lifecycle

management, HR systems, and admin operations, along with the ability to lead a team of 10-20

HR professionals.

You will work closely with the Founder’s Office, driving process excellence, scalability, and

operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations Leadership
- Own end-to-end HR operations for 2000+ employees
- Lead, manage, and scale a team of 10-20 HR team members
- Build and streamline processes for onboarding, lifecycle, and exits
- Drive automation, efficiency, and SOP-based execution

Payroll & Compensation
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing (large-scale, multi-entity)
- Ensure accurate sal
