Role Summary

The Accounts & Taxation Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance support, taxation filings, reconciliations, and payment processing. The role ensures timely and accurate maintenance of financial records, GST and TDS compliance support, vendor reconciliations, and coordination with internal teams to maintain smooth accounting and compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B)
- Conduct GST 2B Reconciliation and identify mismatch entries
- Prepare TDS working for Salary & Non-Salary payments and assist in quarterly return filing
- Ensure timely accounting of TDS, GST, and statutory deductions
- Support PF, ESI, and LWF compliance processes and payment activities
- Prepare and maintain MSME data and compliance records
- Record Purchase Entries, Sales Entries,



and Payment Entries in the accounting system
- Maintain Vendor Reconciliation and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Process Online & Offline Invoice Entries and payment adjustments
- Handle Challan Creation, Cheque Entries, and PDC Tracking records
- Prepare Monthly Receipt & Payment Statements and MIS reports
- Maintain proper documentation for audits, taxation, and compliance reviews
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments for accounting support
- Monitor statutory due dates and ensure timely completion of compliance activities
- Assist in financial reconciliations and reporting activities

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- MBA (Finance) / M.Com or relevant accounting certification preferred
