Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs from civil, architectural, and structural drawings.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Prepare detailed estimates and cost calculations.
- Carry out rate analysis and costing for civil works.
- Prepare and check contractor and client bills.
- Verify site measurements and executed quantities.
- Assist with project cost planning and cost control.
- Support project planning and progress monitoring.
- Prepare tender documents and assist with tendering activities.
- Review contractor quotations and compare prices.
- Assist with construction contract administration.
- Prepare and track variations, claims, and change orders.
- Maintain project cost records and documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.

Preferred Qualification
Salary: Based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
Pay: ₹30,500.00 - ₹58,500.00 per month
