Job Title: Production Engineer

Location:Mehsana, Gujarat
Experience: 2-5 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Industry: Machinery Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily and weekly production schedules.
- Supervise fabrication activities including welding, cutting, machining, and assembly.
- Ensure product quality and minimize defects and rework.
- Improve productivity through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and process optimization.
- Coordinate with the purchase team for timely material availability.
- Monitor machine maintenance and ensure workplace safety compliance.
- Maintain production reports, documentation, and performance records.

Required Skills:




- Experience in fabrication and engineering manufacturing.
- Knowledge of welding, plasma cutting, bending, machining, and assembly processes.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD/SolidWorks and ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and quality standards is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
- Heavy fabrication or sheet metal manufacturing.
- Exposure to AWS, ASME, ISO standards, or automated fabrication processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
