Job Summary

Key Responsibilities




- Manage and nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads through referrals, walk-ins, digital platforms, channel partners, and networking activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Schedule and conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and booking terms in coordination with the sales team.
- Assist customers with booking formalities, documentation, and coordination with banks or financial institutions for home loan processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including CRM, legal, finance, and customer support, to ensure timely completion of sales processes.
