Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and assist them with product selection.

Explain product features and recommend suitable products.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.

Maintain product displays and ensure proper stock arrangement.

Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-friendly.

Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow company policies and store operating procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

1-2 years of experience in Retail Sales, Counter Sales, or Customer Service.

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Honest, disciplined,



and responsible.

Willing to work in a retail store setting.
