Role Overview

We are a premier interior architecture firm in Vadodara, dedicated to delivering high-quality, bespoke spatial designs. We are seeking an articulate, high-energy, and client-centric Business Development & Client Relations Executive to join our team.In this role, you will be the face of our firm for incoming prospects. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between our design excellence and the client’s investment—clearly explaining our project scopes, justifying our premium pricing through the lens of quality craftsmanship, and managing client expectations from initial inquiry to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Consultation: Act as the first point of contact for recent inquiries. Conduct initial consultation meetings to understand client requirements, design aspirations, and budget constraints.
- Value-Based Selling: Present design proposals and commercial estimates confidently. Articulate the long-term value, material superiority, and execution quality of our work to justify premium project costs.




- Relationship Management: Build deep trust with residential and commercial clients in Vadodara, ensuring transparent communication regarding project phases, material choices, and line-item costing.
- Pipeline Management: Follow up diligently with prospective leads, address their doubts or anxieties regarding pricing, and close contracts to meet firm growth targets.
- Market Networking: Represent the firm at local industry events or network with premium real estate builders, luxury material vendors, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) in the Vadodara region.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in client-facing sales, business development, or customer relations. Experience within interior design studios, architecture firms, luxury real estate, or high-end showroom sales (e.g., modular kitchens, premium fittings, luxury stone) is highly preferred.
