Core Collection Responsibilities
- Connecting with customers through Exotel (mandatory for all calls)
- Follow up with allocated cases — Taking PTP, Sending digital payment links, etc.
- Collection as per cases allocated
- DRR & Milestone closing — achieve daily collection targets
- Self-Management — plan and manage field activities independently
- Payment remittance within defined TAT (within 24 hours)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
