Key Responsibilities* Maintain and update Business Development reports, MIS, dashboards, andtrackers on a daily basis.
- Work extensively on Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF functions, conditional formatting, filters, data validation, and report management.
- Coordinate with clients regarding meetings, appointments, follow-ups, documentation, and other business-related activities.
- Coordinate with Business Development Executives, Managers, Marketing, Sales, and other internal departments to ensure timely execution of activities.
- Support activities related to Business Development, Promotions, Marketingcampaigns, Events, Client Visits, and Experience Centre coordination.
- Maintain records of enquiries, client interactions, project pipelines, meetings, and follow-up status.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quart Marketing Coordination, or Administrative Support.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of formulas,



reporting functions, Pivot Tables, and datamanagement.
- Knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
