- Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove Impediments: Proactively identify and resolve obstacles hindering team progress.
- Coach the Team: Educate team members on Agile principles, practices, and self-organization.
- Protect the Team: Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions.
- Support the Product Owner: Assist with backlog refinement, prioritization, and product planning.
- Monitor Metrics: Track velocity and project progress to facilitate continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile team setting.
- Certification: Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Tools: Proficiency in project management software like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, servant leadership, conflict resolution, and coaching abilities.
