Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Bloom Skills, you will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to support mentor hiring across our 7 Bengaluru centres.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source mentor leads through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Indeed, job portals, and referral networks.
- Coordinate and schedule screening interviews, assessments, and demo classes.
- Support mentor onboarding, including profile collection, documentation,



training coordination, and induction.
- Collaborate with Area Heads and management teams to ensure timely hiring and deployment.
- Track hiring metrics and provide regular recruitment updates.

Eligibility & Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in MBA, PGDM, BBA, B.Com, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruitment, or Operations.
- Prior internship experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and basic productivity tools.

What We Offer:
- Stipend: ₹8,000 per month
- Performance Bonus: Up to ₹2,000 per month
-Duration : 2 months + extension or full time conversion based on performance
- Exposure to end-to-end recruitm
