Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms.
- Design engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Capture and edit photos and videos of school activities and events.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Respond to social media inquiries and coordinate with the admissions team.

Branding & Promotions
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase school admissions.
- Coordinate online and offline promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute admission drives, open houses, workshops, and promotional events.
- Design brochures, flyers, banners, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate with vendors, designers, photographers, and printers.

Admissions Support
- Generate admission leads through digital and offline marketing initiatives.
- Follow up with prospective parents in coordination with the admissions team.




- Maintain records of marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or social media management.
- Experience in the education sector will be preferred.

Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools.
- Robust organizational and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary

As per qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
