The Manager - Management & Marketing will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing cross-functional teams, driving marketing initiatives, and implementing automation systems that improve productivity and customer experience. This role requires robust leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate between sales, marketing, production, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Management
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.




- Lead and manage teams including Sales, Marketing, Production, Design, and Customer Support.
- Set team goals, monitor performance, and conduct regular review meetings.
- Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure projects and customer orders are completed on time.

Marketing
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage brand positioning and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the content, graphic design, and social media teams.
- Monitor marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on results.
- Generate new business opportunities through digital marketing and strategic partnerships.

Business Automation
- Identify repetitive business processes and implement automation solutions.
- Manage CRM systems and sales pipelines.
- Automate lead management, follow-ups, customer communication, and reporting.
