Salary: ₹1,00,000 - ₹1,50,000 per month, based on experience and clinical expertise

Ø About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Vascular Surgeon to join our Hyderabad Region team. The doctor will primarily focus on the diagnosis and treatment of vascular and varicose vein conditions, with a key focus on Endovenous Radiofrequency Ablation (EVRF/RFA) and related mínimally invasive vascular procedures.

The selected doctor will undergo 2-3 months of structured training covering the complete patient journey, including pre-operative assessment, procedure assistance/execution, post-operative care, patient counselling, follow-up, and management of procedure-related requirements.

Ø Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical & Patient Assessment
- Conduct detailed clinical evaluation of patients with vascular and venous disorders.
- Diagnose and assess varicose veins,



venous insufficiency and related vascular conditions.
- Review Doppler/ultrasound reports and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Explain treatment options, procedures, benefits, risks and expected outcomes to patients.
- Coordinate with the clinical and counselling teams for appropriate patient management.

2. Vascular Procedures
- Perform and/or assist in EVRF/RFA and other vascular procedures as per clinical protocols.
- Ensure appropriate patient selection and pre-procedure preparation.
- Follow established surgical and infection-control protocols.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety during procedures.
- Coordinate with OT staff, nursing teams and other clinical personnel.

3. Pre-Operative Care

During the training and subsequently as an independent surgeon, the doctor will be responsible for:
- Complete pre-operative patient assessment.
- Review medical history, investigations and Doppler findings.
