Bartender / Assistant Bartender

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and prepare cocktail and zero-proof beverage recipes.
- Assist with ingredient preparation, batching, and mise en place.
- Prepare and serve beverages while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Deliver excellent customer service and work closely with the bar team.

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, beverages, or the hospitality industry.
- Passion for bartending and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
- 6 months to 2 years of experience as an Assistant Bartender or Bartender.

Salary
- Assistant Bartender: ₹15,000-₹18,000 per month.
- Experienced Bartenders: Salary negotiable based on experience and skills.

Working Hours
- 8-9 hour shifts.
- Must be comfortable working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
