We are looking for a responsible, customer-focused, and detail-oriented skilled to manage accounting activities while supporting customer communication, enquiry management, and business operations.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Accounts and Finance Responsibilities

Manage billing, invoicing, purchase entries, sales entries, and expense records.

Maintain accounting records and financial documentation.

Prepare quotations, invoices, payment records, and business-related documents.

Track customer payments and coordinate payment follow-ups.

Maintain transaction records and support financial reporting activities.

Coordinate with management regarding accounting records and documentation requirements.





Customer Relations and Enquiry Management

Provide product information, pricing details, customization options, and delivery information.

Follow up customer enquiries and assist in converting enquiries into confirmed orders.

Maintain customer databases, enquiry records, and communication history.

Coordinate with Gift Designers, Sales Team, Operations Team, and Packing Team regarding customer requirements.

Support corporate gifting enquiries and customer relationship management activities.

Maintain excellent customer service standards and customer satisfaction.

Administration and Coordination

Maintain operational records and business documentation.

Prepare reports related to accounts, enquiries, payments, and customer communications.

Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer service.

Support management with administrative and operational activities.
