Job Time:Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (2nd Saturday Holiday)

Job Overview

We are seeking an Architecture Project Coordinator to assist in the planning and execution of architecture projects. The Architecture Project Coordinator will work closely with architects to ensure that projects are completed on time.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the concept design and development for a project.
- Coordinates with Clients / Client Representatives, Statutory Bodies, Team Members & Sub-Consultants to complete the projects assigned.
- Prepares Project Plan, Detailing, manages & monitors team members, gives transparent direction to members, keeps track of contractual requirements and ensures work as per Project Plan.
- Meets the Functional Objectives of the Development Department.
- Maintains required quality standards.
- Identifies training requirements for the Team Members.
- Identifies resource requirements.

Other Responsibilities




- Plan the target of the month/week/day.
- Tasks need to be assigned and all team members should log in by 9:15 AM and attend the stand-up meeting by 9:30 AM.
- Must work closely with architects as well as coordinate with the team members.
- All Excel sheets need to be filed by the team and reviewed at 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM; outputs to be shared with management for feedback/approval.
- Maintaining discipline in the team according to hierarchy.
- If a new project comes to production, it needs to be entirely entered in the product sheet; inputs to be reviewed and a list shared with the client if any additional inputs are needed.

Area of Experience Required
- Creativity and Communication.
- Proficient in English and Hindi.
- Design Development and Detailing.
- AutoCAD and Revit software knowledge.
- Must know Elevation.
- Must have experience in SketchUp.
