Location

Key responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair split AC, cassette AC, ductable AC, package units, and other HVAC systems.
- Diagnose AC problems related to compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, thermostats, electrical components, and refrigerant systems.
- Carry out refrigerant charging, leak detection, vacuuming, and gas pressure checking.
- Clean and maintain AC filters, coils, drain lines, blowers, and condensers.
- Handle electrical maintenance, including switches, MCBs, contactors, relays, motors, and control panels.
- Attend plumbing, pumps, lighting, and general facility maintenance issues.




- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and maintain maintenance records.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors/contractors when specialized repairs are required.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
