Job Summary
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Executive
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in production planning and achieving production targets.
- Coordinate with supervisors and operators to maintain workflow.
- Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
Quality Executive
- Conduct in-process and final inspections of manufactured components.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and Measuring Tapes.
- Maintain quality inspection records and reports.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Identify quality issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Support internal audits and quality improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T; basics.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing workplace.
