About At Fitkin, we’re building one of India’s fastest-growing premium women’s activewear brands. We’re looking for a creative who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping videos and high-converting ad creatives.

What You’ll Do
- Edit high-performing video ads for Meta, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create UGC ads, founder-led content, product videos, campaign films, and short-form content.
- Transform raw footage into premium creatives with compelling hooks, captions, motion graphics, sound design, and strong CTAs.
- Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing and performance marketing.
- Use AI tools to generate videos, visuals, and creative assets.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ideate, test, and scale winning creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, AI tools, and D2C creative best practices.

What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience with a D2C brand (fashion, beauty,



lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred).
- Solid portfolio/showreel of video ads and performance creatives (mandatory)

.* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Pika, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar.
- A creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and content that converts. Bonus Points
- Experience with fashion, fitness, or lifestyle brands.
- Understanding of Meta Ads creatives and performance metrics like CTR, Hook Rate, and ROAS.
- Ability to storyboard, plan shoots, or direct creators.
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce brands.
