Role Overview

Barakhadee is looking for a Social Media & Content Executive who understands that social media is not just about posting — it is about thinking, positioning, execution, and client alignment.

This role combines content ideation, daily social media execution,



and direct client coordination. You will work closely with strategy, design, and content teams to ensure ideas move smoothly from concept to live — on time and on brief.

Key Responsibilities1. Content & Social Media
- Ideate post ideas, hooks, and monthly content themes
- Assist in building and maintaining structured content calendars
- Write basic captions, content notes, and creative briefs
- Track trends and suggest culturally relevant, brand-aligned content ideas
- Handle posting, scheduling, and platform hygiene
- Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand positioning
- Ensure timelines are respected and content goes live without delays

2. Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients for briefs, approvals, and feedback
- Attend client calls and internal review meetings
- Convert client requirements into clear internal action points
- Maintain timelines and ensure deliverable
