Job Summary

Peena Heat Elements LLP (PHE) is a manufacturer of industrial tubular, cartridge, and immersion heating elements. We are hiring an Inventory Assistant to support our day-to-day stock management operations. This person will work closely with the Production Engineer and the Purchase Head, maintaining accurate inventory records and performing daily stock checks using PHE's in-house production and inventory software.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory checks of raw materials, components, and finished goods using the PHE inventory software:
- Record all material inward and outward movements accurately in the system
- Coordinate with the Production Engineer to track material consumption against production schedules and flag shortages in advance
- Coordinate with the Purchase Head to communicate stock levels,



raise material requests, and follow up on pending purchase orders
- Maintain physical stock organization in the store — labelling, binning, and arrangement of materials
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records
- Report discrepancies, damages, or missing stock to the Purchase Head immediately
- Assist in preparing purchase requirement lists based on minimum stock level thresholds
- Maintain proper documentation of goods received notes (GRN), material issue slips, and dispatch records

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
