Position Summary

The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating appointments, converting enquiries into hospital visits, promoting hospital health packages, corporate health services, diagnostics, surgeries, preventive health check-ups, and maintaining continuous communication with prospective patients and referral sources.

This role is not merely about making calls. It is about building trust, understanding patient needs, educating them about Hopewell Hospital's services, and converting enquiries into OPD visits, admissions, surgeries, and long-term relationships.

The executive represents the hospital's first impression and must demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Lead Management
- Handle all incoming enquiries promptly.
- Contact leads generated through digital marketing.




- Follow up on website enquiries.
- Follow up on WhatsApp enquiries.
- Respond to missed calls.
- Follow up on social media leads.
- Maintain CRM accurately.
- Ensure zero lead leakage.

Appointment Generation
- Convert enquiries into OPD appointments.
- Book appointments with appropriate consultants.
- Coordinate appointment timings.
- Confirm appointments.
- Send reminders.
- Handle rescheduling.
- Reduce appointment no-shows.

Surgery Counselling Support

Generate qualified appointments for:
- Orthopaedics
- Cardiology
- General Surgery
- Gynaecology
- Urology
- Neurosurgery
- ENT
- Gastroenterology

Understand basic patient concerns and connect them with the appropriate consultant.

Corporate Business Development Support

Call local companies to:
- Introduce Hopewell Hospital
- Fix meetings for corporate tie-ups
- Promote Annual Health Check-ups
- Promote Employee Wellness Programs
- Promote
