We're looking for an Operations Associate who is eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to the smooth execution of our day-to-day business and property operations. Role Details

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (On-Site)

Employment Type: Full time | 12-Month Fixed-Term Employment

Compensation: Annual CTC Rs. 3,11,640 (Approx. Rs. 25,000 Gross per Month)

Role Summary

As an Operations Associate, you will support the day-to-day operations of Nuvora Stays by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and partners while ensuring business processes run efficiently.

You will work closely with the founders and the operations team, assisting in business operations, documentation,



process improvements, research, and operational execution.

Freshers with the right mindset are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day business and property operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, housekeeping teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Create and maintain reports, trackers, checklists, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Prepare SOPs, operational documentation, and process manuals.
- Conduct market, vendor, and business research whenever required.
- Assist in property onboarding, operational setup, and business expansion activities.
- Support founders with operational projects and execution.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity to improve productivity.
