The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all marketing and business development activities to enhance the hospital's brand image, increase patient footfall, develop corporate relationships and achieve the organization's business objectives while maintaining ethical healthcare marketing practices.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase patient volume and revenue.
- Identify recent business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, industries, TPAs, insurance companies, government organizations, NGOs, and healthcare institutions.
- Conduct regular corporate visits and organize health awareness programs and health camps.
- Generate new business through corporate tie-ups and institutional collaborations.
- Promote the hospital's services and specialties in the target market.




- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials.
- Improve the hospital's visibility and reputation in the community.
- Plan and execute branding campaigns, awareness drives, and promotional activities.
- Plan health camps, CME programs, seminars, community outreach activities, and public awareness events.
- Organize promotional events in schools, colleges, industries, residential societies, and government departments.
- Coordinate with clinical departments for specialty promotion.

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
