Job Title: Junior System Administrator

Experience: 2-3 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior System Administrator responsible for maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user systems. The role involves day-to-day system monitoring, troubleshooting, user support, and assisting in infrastructure upgrades and security maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and workstations
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to users
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Handle basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and backups
- Assist in server maintenance, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud tasks
- Respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- Coordinate with senior admins for infrastructure improvements and projects





Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and/or Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS)
- Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN)
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy Management
- Understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of backup tools and antivirus/security systems
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell or Bash - preferred)

Soft Skills:
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle incidents
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:
- BCA / B.Tech / B.Sc (IT / Computer Science) or equivalent
- Certifications like CompTIA Network+, Microsoft (AZ-800/801), RHCSA (optional but plus)

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
