We are looking for a confident and experienced Immigration Calling Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Communicate with clients in fluent English.
- Understand clients' immigration requirements and provide accurate information.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with potential clients and manage leads effectively.
- Maintain proper records and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Be punctual, disciplined, and able to manage time efficiently.
Requirements:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Immigration Calling.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong client handling and communication skills.
- Good time management and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
