About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and scan prominent Hindi-language national and business newspapers on a daily basis.
- Identify key news, trends, and developments across politics, business, economy, governance, and current affairs.
- Prepare accurate, concise, and value-added summaries of important news stories.
- Conduct secondary research to provide context and background for significant developments.
- Maintain organized records of news coverage and research reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of daily media monitoring reports and research outputs.
- Verify information from reliable sources and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized media research based on project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Hindi, Political Science, Economics, or a related field.




- 3-5 years of experience in media research, media monitoring, journalism, editorial, or content analysis.
- Excellent command of written and spoken Hindi.
- Strong understanding of current affairs, public policy, business, economy, and the Indian media landscape.
- Excellent summarization, analytical, and report-writing skills in Hindi.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research tools.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in media intelligence or media monitoring projects.
- Familiarity with leading Hindi newspapers, business publications, and digital news platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and editorial judgment.
