- Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide 24x7 operational support for the Advocate Central platform, ensuring system availability, reliability, and performance across production and non-production environments
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation processes, and release management activities to enable productive and reliable software delivery
- Participate in production deployments, change management activities, and post-deployment validation to ensure successful releases




- Maintain operational runbooks, technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles to support platform operations
- Collaborate with software engineering, security, infrastructure, and business teams to implement platform enhancements and operational improvements
- Support security initiatives, including vulnerability remediation, access reviews, compliance activities, certificate management, and implementation of security best practices
- Analyze logs, metrics, and operational data to identify performance bottlenecks, recurring issues, and opportunities for automation
- Participate in root cause analysis activities and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve platform stability and reduce incident recurrence
- Contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), automation initiatives, and DevSecOps practices that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
