Job Responsibilities - Senior Purchase Executive
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing in line with organizational objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure reliable sourcing.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve the best commercial outcomes.
- Procure construction materials, equipment, tools, and services as per project and organizational requirements.
- Compare quotations, conduct cost analysis, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with project teams, stores, and site engineers to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and product quality, resolving any procurement-related issues.
- Identify and mitigate procurement risks, including supply chain disruptions, material shortages, and vendor-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, purchase orders, contracts, invoices,
and supplier documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on material prices, recent suppliers, and industry trends.
- Prepare procurement reports, MIS, and purchase analysis for management review.
- Mentor and guide junior purchase executives and support the overall procurement team in achieving departmental goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast material requirements and optimize inventory levels.
- Ensure all procurement activities are carried out efficiently while maintaining quality, budget, and project timelines.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
