Job Summary

The Vessel Accounting AGM/DGM is responsible for supervising the financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and cost control of assigned vessels managed by the company. The role ensures accurate vessel financial records, timely reporting to ship owners and stakeholders, compliance with maritime accounting standards, and effective coordination with operations, procurement, crewing, and technical departments.

Responsible for ownership of vessel financials, reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
- Ensure timely closing of vessel accounts and reporting as per agreed service level towards vessels owners
- End-to-End responsible for managing team leaders and vessel accountant under their purview and focal point for coordination with all stake holders including clients and inter department
