The Luxury Florets is a premier luxury gifting and celebration house. We specialize in high-end floral design arrangements, bespoke room decors, and curated experiential gifting packages. As our operations and digital catalog expand, we are seeking an organized, disciplined, and tech-savvy Store Keeper with solid Microsoft Excel skills to manage our warehouse inventory, stock auditing, and material flow.

The Role & What You’ll Do

As our Store Keeper, you will have complete ownership of our inventory system. You will oversee incoming and outgoing luxury packaging (suede boxes, ribbons, custom acrylics) and perishable botanical stock (fresh flowers, foliage). Your main goal is to maintain absolute inventory accuracy, reduce stock discrepancies, and implement efficient tracking workflows using MS Excel.
- Excel-Based Inventory Tracking: Maintain detailed, error-free daily stock registers, inward/outward logs, and stock reconciliation sheets using MS Excel.
- Inward & Outward Verification: Receive incoming deliveries from suppliers,



inspect goods for damage or quality issues, and log them immediately into the inventory system.
- FIFO Implementation: Manage fresh flower rotation and issue raw materials using strict First-In, First-Out (FIFO) methods to minimize wastage and spoilage.
- Stock Audits & Reconciliation: Conduct weekly and monthly physical stock counts and reconcile physical counts against Excel tracking records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Reorder Level Monitoring: Track stock thresholds daily and proactively alert purchasing managers when high-demand items hit reorder limits.
- Warehouse & Studio Organization: Maintain a clean, secure, and well-organized storage area to prevent shrinkage, damage, or unauthorized access.

Required Skill Set & Technical Mastery
- MS Excel Proficiency (MUST-HAVE): Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Excel (data entry, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas, filtering, and stock log formatting
