Job Summary
Key Responsibilities

1. Organic Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day Instagram and Facebook accounts.
- Develop monthly social media strategies and content calendars.
- Plan and manage Reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and other social media content.
- Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, profile visits, followers, and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities.
- Manage comments, DMs, and overall community engagement.
- Analyze content performance and identify high-performing formats, topics, hooks, and creatives.

2. Meta Ads Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage campaign structure, budgets, audiences, ad sets, and creatives.
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
- Conduct audience research and create Custom and Lookalike Audiences.
- Test different creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPM, and conversions.




- Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve ROI and conversions.
- Maintain proper UTM tracking and campaign reporting.

3. Content, UGC & Influencer Marketing
- Develop content strategies covering educational, promotional, entertaining, UGC, and brand-focused content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, influencers, and content creators.
- Identify and coordinate with relevant influencers for brand campaigns.
- Manage UGC campaigns and evaluate content performance.
- Ensure paid and organic content are aligned with overall marketing objectives.

4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze social media and advertising performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Identify gaps and opportunities based on campaign and content data.
- Recommend improvements in content, targeting, messaging, creatives, and campaign structure.
