We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Technical Sales Engineerto support the company’s business development activities through extensive field visits.

The role involves visiting customers, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's products and services.

Location : Patal Ganga

Responsibilities:
- Visit existing and prospective customers to promote the company's products and services.
- Generate new business opportunities through regular field visits, cold calling, and market surveys.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, dealers, contractors, and industrial clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal sales team for timely support.
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
- Identify potential customers and expand the company's customer base within the assigned territory.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of concerns.




- Plan daily customer visits and submit visit reports to the reporting manager.
- Achieve monthly visit targets and contribute towards business growth.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
