Design and implement synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns.
Implement exception handling, monitoring, logging, tracing, and recovery mechanisms.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of integration services.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, development teams, and infrastructure teams.
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across integration projects.
