We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician - Assessor to support operations at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. This position is responsible for inspecting, assessing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and overseeing the installation and repair of commercial and industrial HVAC systems that support mission-critical facilities across the installation.

The HVAC Technician - Assessor is responsible for evaluating the condition, performance, and operational readiness of commercial and industrial HVAC systems. This role performs inspections, diagnoses equipment issues, recommends corrective actions, and ensures preventive maintenance programs are executed in accordance with U.S. military standards,



manufacturer specifications, and industry best practices.

Essential Job Functions:
Inspect, assess, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, air handling units (AHUs), ventilation systems, fan coil units, pumps, motors, and associated equipment.

Conduct comprehensive inspections of HVAC systems to evaluate equipment condition, identify deficiencies, and recommend preventive or corrective maintenance.

Install, test, commission, and oversee repairs of HVAC equipment and systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with technical standards.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and control system failures and determine appropriate repair or replacement actions.

Coordinate with the HVAC Lead and Trade Shop Supervisor to prioritize work orders, maintenance schedules, and project completion.
